These terms describe use of DiCor Engineering’s corrugator website. The website provides information about custom tooling, replacement parts and equipment, and a way to enquire. It is not an online ordering service.

Listings, quotes and compatibility

Listings are invitations to enquire, not binding offers or reservations. Availability, condition, specifications, pricing, delivery, warranties and other sale terms must be confirmed in a separate written quotation or agreement. Sending a form does not place an order. A listing marked SOLD is retained for reference and is not an offer to supply that item.

Manufacturer names, model references and photographs help identify equipment and possible applications. They do not establish that every part fits every machine of that make. Confirm the exact model, configuration, part number, dimensions and operating requirements with us before ordering or use. Installation, guarding and safe operation require appropriately qualified personnel and applicable equipment instructions.

Independent supplier and trademarks

DiCor Engineering is an independent supplier, not affiliated with or endorsed by the manufacturers of equipment identified in our listings. Manufacturer names and model numbers identify equipment or describe compatibility; trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Aftermarket tooling must not be assumed to be an original equipment manufacturer’s product. A listing for a used branded machine identifies that machine; it does not claim a relationship with its manufacturer.

Website content and permitted use

Website text, photographs, artwork and software may be protected by intellectual property rights held by DiCor Engineering or their respective owners. You may view the site and share links for legitimate business enquiries. Other reproduction or commercial reuse requires permission unless permitted by applicable law. Third-party software remains subject to its own licences; see software notices.

Do not misuse the contact service, submit unlawful material, introduce malicious code, bypass technical protections or interfere with the website. Only submit information you are entitled to share. An enquiry does not transfer ownership of your drawings or other material to us.

Accuracy and availability

We aim to keep information current, but the website may contain errors, outdated listings or interruptions. Please confirm information that affects a purchasing or technical decision. External resources, if linked, have their own terms and privacy practices.

Website information is not a substitute for a written specification, inspection or safety assessment. Nothing in these terms excludes rights, remedies, warranties or responsibilities that applicable law does not allow to be excluded, or overrides a separate agreement with you.
